Free Trial
You are given the full commercial product for your trial of the Close Support Advanced Desktop. During the free trial the software is limited in use by capping the number of records that can be created. To commence the trial simply download and install the software. Records created during the trial are stored in a database that you have full access to and are retained for your use in the commercial product after purchase.
30 Day Evaluation
A further 30 day evaluation is available by requesting an evaluation licence key from us by email. During the 30 day evaluation there is no limit to the number of records that you can add. The full functionality of the Email Responder is also made available to you. Any data you create in the evaluation periods is retained for your use in the commercial product after purchase.

Standard Desktop
Workstation requirements:
- MS Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista
- Minimum 800 x 600 SVGA screen resolution
- 60MB disk space
- 64MB RAM recommended
- POP3/SMTP email account for the optional generation of emails
- MS Access 2007 Runtime (free download) or MS Access 2000 or above
Network requirement:
- For multi-user operation all users will require full modify access to a network share where the back-end database (mdb file) is stored.
Advanced Desktop

- MS SQL Server 6.5/7/2000/2005 for the SQL Server option
Web Module
Server requirements:
- MS Internet Information Server 5.0 or above
- Active Server Pages 2.0 or above (part of IIS)

Email Responder
