Installing the software
The downloaded file is called cssetup.exe and is approximately 8.4MB in size. Once the download is complete, run the file and follow the instructions to complete the installation on your PC. By default the software installs into C:\Program Files\Close Support\. A folder called Close Support is placed in Start - Programs with the program shortcuts. Click on the Close Support Desktop shortcut to launch the application. The F1 help provides comprehensive guidance on all aspects of using Close Support including a section called Getting Started.
