When you have completed your evaluation of the Close Support Helpdesk Software and you are ready to purchase a license for your organization, click on the relevant link below to enter our secure payment system. On confirmation of your order we will dispatch a software license key directly to you by email.

Your options

Firstly you need to decide between the Standard Desktop and the Advanced Desktop. The functions that are only available with the Advanced Desktop are:

  • Fully integrated and searchable Knowledge Base
  • Option to upsize database to MS SQL Server
  • Option to purchase Email Responder and/or Web Module

If you select the Advanced Desktop Helpdesk Software you can then opt to purchase the Web Module or the Email Responder. If you want both the Web Module and the Email Responder then we recommend that you purchase Close Support Enterprise Edition.

Close Support Standard Desktop - $395

The Standard Desktop provides all the Call Management and Inventory functions, pre-defined reports, context sensitive help and more.

Close Support Advanced Desktop - $545

The Advanced Desktop Helpdesk Software provides all the functionality of the Standard Desktop plus a fully-featured Knowledge Base closely integrated with the Calls database.

Available as options with the Advanced Desktop:

  • Close Support Web - provides you with a web browser application for the basic Close Support functions such as add/view/edit user records and add/edit/monitor support calls. The Web Module enables your user community to interact directly with your help desk application.
  • Email Responder - automatically processes emails coming in to your support operation, creating Calls and Call history and informing user and analyst.
