End User Licence Agreement

This is a copy of the End User Licence Agreement that you will be asked to accept during the installation of Close Support.

Use of Close Support (hereinafter 'SOFTWARE') and its database (hereinafter "DATABASE") is contingent on your agreement to the following terms:

1. GRANT OF LICENCE

You may install and use multiple copies of the SOFTWARE within a single network domain.

You may install and maintain one copy of the DATABASE for operations and optionally one additional copy of the DATABASE for training and testing.

You may use the Demonstration version of the SOFTWARE free of charge. The Demonstration version has limited functionality.

You may use the Evaluation version of the SOFTWARE free of charge. The Evaluation version is limited in use by time.

If you are using the SOFTWARE free of charge under the terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to any support whatsoever.

The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE. Close Fit Software Limited shall retain title and all ownership rights to the SOFTWARE.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLOSE FIT SOFTWARE LIMITED FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH RECIPIENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOSE FIT SOFTWARE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF CLOSE FIT SOFTWARE LIMITED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

4. MAINTENANCE

Close Fit Software Limited is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE. However, any maintenance or updates provided by Close Fit Software Limited shall be covered by this Agreement.
