Web Module

The Close Support Web Module is ideal for providing your end-users with just the level of information and functionality they need through a standard web browser.

  • Display context sensitive help

  • View/edit all user records

  • Accept a Call into own worklist

  • Add/Edit Knowledge Base articles
  • View hardware, software registers
  • Maintain the Web Module messages, settings and online help

The Web Module is written in Active Server Pages (ASP) and requires you to have Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and ASP 3 installed on your web server.
