Customer Forum
All users of Close Support applications can participate in our Customer Forum. You can browse and
search the forum for ideas or tips on the use of the software and hints on how to match the setup to your
preferred way of working.
If you are having problems you can post details to the forum and our support team will do their best to
guide and advise you. Other users of the software may well be able to answer your questions.

Software Assurance
Customers with Software Assurance are entitled to email support for their Close Support applications. We
pride ourselves on providing a fast response to support issues and will always work closely with you to
come to a speedy resolution.
Support request emails can be submitted from the Help, About menu item in an application that has a
valid and current Software Assurance agreement. Software Assurance also entitles you to all relevant
software updates issued during the agreement period.
When you purchase a Close Support application you will be entitled to Software Assurance for 12 months
from the date of purchase. You will be given an option to continue the agreement on its anniversary for a
small annual charge:
