This is a fully functional demonstration of the Web based interface to the Close Support help desk application. The Knowledge Base in this demonstration contains articles that will help you to find your way around and to answer many of the questions you may have about Close Support. Please feel free to try out the demonstration, log calls, monitor calls and search the Knowledge Base. Login as an analyst and you can also edit calls to a successful conclusion.

The Web Module is an Active Server Pages application that is available as an option with the Close Support application. It is used mostly by users or customers to submit support requests and to interrogate a locally maintained Knowledge Base. Technicians in your support team would tend to use the desktop application as it is highly optimised for the way they work, enhancing their productivity by allowing them to concentrate on the tasks in hand.
